1. What is Frost by Orizza?
Frost by Orizza is our silver jewellery collection featuring thoughtfully designed pieces made for those who love the elegance and versatility of silver.
2. How do I place an order?
Simply select the jewellery you wish to purchase, choose the required options where applicable, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and complete the payment to place your order.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, CoD and other available payment options.
4. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure and authorised payment service providers. Orizza does not ordinarily store your complete credit/debit card details or CVV/CVC information. Please refer our privacy policy for details.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@orizza.in if you wish to cancel or modify an order.
6. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available, and is there any benefit to prepaying my order?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. A COD charge may apply as per our Shipping Policy. If you choose to prepay your order, you can save the additional COD charges applicable to Cash on Delivery orders.
7. Are there any hidden costs on my order?
No, there are no hidden costs. You will only be charged the amount displayed during the checkout which includes the product cost along with applicable shipping charges, less any discounts,if any. Shipping charges may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and to orders below ₹1,899, as per our Shipping Policy. Charges other than this, if any, will be explicitly displayed to you while you checkout and proceed to the payment.
8. What should I do if I do not like the product?
At Orizza, your satisfaction is our priority. As per our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, we offer a 3-day return and refund window, along with exchange and replacement options, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in our policy.
