Authenticity Policy

At Orizza, every piece is sourced, manufactured and quality-checked with care before being dispatched to our customers.
Orizza represents our fashion and artificial jewellery collections, while Frost by Orizza represents our 999 and 925 silver range including coins, jewellery and articles.
Product pages clearly specify the material, purity, finish, stones and other relevant product details wherever applicable. Customers can refer to the individual product page for the specific composition and characteristics of each piece.
Every order is inspected before dispatch and packed in The Orizza packaging. Any certificate, authenticity card or other documentation applicable to a particular product will be supplied with the order as specified on the relevant product page.
We do not make a blanket claim that every product across ORIZZA and FROST carries the same certification. Product-specific certification and hallmarking information will always be stated where applicable.
