Buyback Policy

At Orizza, we're proud to be among the first fashion jewellery brands in India to offer our customers a buyback policy — because your money is as valuable to us as it is to you.
Orizza
Eligibility — The product must be genuine and accompanied by the original invoice.
Buyback Value — Calculated as a percentage of the original invoice value, based on the date of the original order

Frost by Orizza
Eligibility — The product must be genuine and accompanied by the original invoice. If applicable, the original certificate or hallmark must also be submitted along with the product.
Buyback Value — 100% of the value of your silver weight will be given, as per the prevailing silver market rate.
Applicable to Both Orizza and Frost by Orizza
Mode of Return — The buyback amount will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of the original invoice.
